I studied a huge number of scientific articles and books, spoke with leading scientists in this field, and, of course, gained a lot of personal experience in writing music and creating sound design. Since 2016, I started conducting offline workshops on sound therapy and sound therapy sessions personally for people and even collaborated with the New York-based company Lightpath, which produces light therapy equipment - so we combined light and sound to better harmonize people and provide a therapeutic effect.

A few years ago I created an online course that became incredibly popular and has been taken by over 2,000 people to date.
